Frankincense Essential Oil Get The Spiritual Connection

Frankincense essential oil alias Olibanum is steam distilled from the resin of the Boswellia plant. This plant is grown from eastern Africa, through southern Arabia, to northwest India. Frankincense essential oil is got from a selection of Boswellia plants. Boswellia carterii and boswellia frereana are from Somalia, boswellia sacra is from southern Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and Oman, while the boswellia serrata comes from India.

Frankincense oil has a light, pale yellow to greenish yellow color. The consistence is thin. Its aromatic description is named as fresh, woody, spicy and fruity, balsamic, peppery and slightly. Through its mild to medium initial aroma, the oil is utilized as a basis note in perfumery. It's a great fixative and is really popular in the perfumery world where it's utilized to bind additional compounds together and thus make scent last longer.

Frankincense essential oil has anti inflammatory, antidepressant, antiseptic, cytophylactic, cicatrizing,  sedative, immuno-stimulant, tonic-digestive, and emmenagogue attributes. It can be used for asthma, extreme coughing, bronchitis, anxiety, stress, scars, and stretch marks.

It's considered a really beneficial oil for skin use, especially for aging skin because it works on wrinkles. As well it's suggested for dry and oily skin, and also for acne and scars.

Frankincense essential oil deepens breathing and regularizes mucus secretion, and is best inhaled for its several benefits on the respiratory system.

It is alsoused in a wide range for meditation and spiritual act. Its focusing aroma slows down the nervous system and boosts feelings of calm and introspection. It is best utilized as a burning fragrance for such uses.

The oil can be restrained for a shelf life of 3-5 years under the right storage conditions. It should be stored in well-sealed bottles at 5-25 degrees Celsius, in a well-ventilated  dry room away from direct sunlight and heat.
